Wedding dress cleaning prices
The cleaning costs are directly related to the cost of your wedding dress. Please ensure that you quote the correct cost (as evidenced on the receipt) of your wedding dress when placing your order. We work entirely on a trust basis so you do not need to send a copy of your receipt to us with your wedding dress.
It is very important that you quote an accurate price as this will directly affect the insurance cover afforded to your dress, and in the unlikely event of loss or damage, we will be unable to pay compensation on wrongly priced dresses.

The easiest way to place an order (for cleaning and/or to order a wedding dress box) is to fill in the online order form on this website (you will receive back an automatic order confirmation containing all of your order details and payment confirmation). We do not unfortunately accept American Express (due to their very high commission level!)
Insurance
All wedding dresses will be insured whilst with the courier to 50% of the original purchase value of the dress*
*A wedding dress is bought for one specific occasion and, unless altered to another use, will probably not be worn again. The garment has consequently fulfilled its primary purpose after the wedding and its value may be considered to be not more than 50% of its replacement cost or original purchase cost (as evidenced by a valid receipt).
