We have at our disposal the two best types of dry cleaning process for wedding dresses (Perc and Hydrocarbon) as well as wet-cleaning and hand cleaning techniques. We understand the substantially differing effects of various solvents and cleaning agents and can identify which process and solvents to best use for every dress having considered the material composition, beading intricacies, care labelling, and markings specific to each dress.
We can clean all wedding dresses including those labelled: Specialist Dry Clean, Spot Clean and even ‘do not dry clean’. We do not use the Baptiste process ® (this is simply the name given by one cleaning company to the way they clean!) but we can certainly clean dresses having this label. Indeed rather than being limited to one cleaning technique we prefer to alter our cleaning technique to suit the specific requirements of each dress!
