Upgraded Collections

Afternoon Service (12pm – 17.30pm) £6.50

All collections can be arranged as soon as the next working day (between 9am and 17:30pm). We are happy to collect from homes or offices (although we will require a signature from someone nominated by you if you are not available) anywhere in the UK. Please see below for details of our Enhanced Collection Services:

Included within the cleaning costs is our standard (9am to 17:30pm) nationwide collection & delivery service.

Upgraded Returns

Your cleaned wedding dress will be returned to you on the return date arranged with us when placing your order (between 9am and 17:30pm on any weekday), and again we are happy to deliver to you at your home or office (we will require a signature for someone nominated by you if you are not available) anywhere in the UK – this can be to a different address to the collection address. Please always allow a minimum of 3 weeks between collection and return. Please see below for details of our Enhanced Return Services:

NB: If you have ordered a wedding dress box from us your dress will be returned already professionally boxed by us.

Packaging & labelling

Please ensure that your dress is packaged in a manner that means that it is adequately protected for its journey. We recommend sending it to us in a cardboard box ensuring that the box is reasonably sealed so that it does not accidentally open during transit.
